Respectful, same-gender-on-request help with showering, grooming, dressing and toileting — always at your pace, always with dignity. From 1 October 2026 personal care is $0 out-of-pocket.

How funding works for this service

Means-tested contribution: full pensioners 5%, self-funded retirees up to 50%. Personal care becomes $0 out-of-pocket from 1 Oct 2026. Not sure of your level yet? Our application service is free.
