Official documents, in Chinese

Everything the government publishes in Simplified Chinese, in one place and grouped so you can find the one you need. Every link goes straight to My Aged Care — we do not host copies, so what you open is always current.

Written by CareU

This one is not a government document — we wrote it. It condenses the 254-page provider manual into something an older person and their family can actually read, citing the source page for every claim so you can check it. Everything in the sections below is the government's own material.

Support at Home rules explained · Chinese client edition

What is and is not funded, and why. Covers the service list, reimbursement conditions, contributions, carryover caps, AT-HM, pausing services and changing providers. Based on manual V4.3 (July 2026).

The web version reads better

The same material as a page: fifteen sections you can jump between, plus two the PDF does not have — a cleaning explainer, and a sources index whose citations open the government PDF at the cited page. The rules fund Essential light cleaning, and the page sets out task by task what that does and does not include, followed by 27 questions and answers.

A note on these documents

These are the Australian Government's own publications, linked from My Aged Care's Simplified Chinese page. CareU did not write them and cannot change them. Where anything here disagrees with what we have told you, the government document is the one that counts.
