How to log in
Have the access details provided by your care coordinator ready. Family members need authorisation before viewing a client's records.

Open the CareU client portal
Select Client login. If your care coordinator sent you a personal link, use that link.

Enter your login details
Enter the site code, account and password provided to you, then select Log in.

Check the client on the home screen
Confirm that the correct client is shown, then choose Services, Bills or My account.
