Client contributions never increase government funding. When clients pay, contributions are shown separately; advance mode also deducts them from the usable plan. Negative balances indicate projected overspend.
Edit by month and funding type
Client contributions are paid by the client and do not increase government funding. Advance mode reduces the internal usable plan by the amount advanced; it does not make that amount claimable from government funds.

Plan AT-HM, RCP, End-of-Life and supplements alongside SAH, with separate funding and spending for each stream.
AT-HM coordination and paperwork is estimated at 15% of purchase costs. RCP and End-of-Life care management is estimated at 15% of each stream’s monthly funding. No management fee is automatically applied to supplements. Concurrent eligibility and claim rules depend on formal approval and the service agreement.
